Topics include contract strategies, various loan guidelines to aid customers who want to make a more aggressive offer, and how to use and set expectations with Ribbon for buyers. This class will also discuss how to acquire and advise investors looking to break into the short term rental market, thus opening up a whole new set of buyers at a advantageous price point.
