Code of Ethics & Fair Housing Certification

NAR Education Certification

As required for REALTOR® membership, all REALTORS® must complete both Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training once during each three-year cycle.

Current Cycle: Cycle 8, January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2027

If you completed either course through another association or education provider, you can submit your proof of completion here, and we will update your member education records.

Accepted documentation includes:

  • 📄 A PDF or image of your completion certificate
  • 📸 A screenshot of your GREC Course Completion record showing the course and CE credit awarded
