Georgia law and rules are clear on the topic of advertising, it seems. Yet sanctions continue to be issued to brokers and real estate agents for violating advertising regulations. This course has been designed to remind brokers of the regulations, show samples and give explanations of inappropriate advertising and provide guidance to creating and distributing advertising that is in compliance.
