The Closings A-Z class covers the entire “life” of a residential real estate file. The presentation educates agents on the critical stages of pre-closing, from the binding contract and title order, to post-closing. Agents will also learn title tidbits and contract nuances to make their road to the closing table less bumpy. Preparation is key to success in any industry and preparing a file with all pertinent information, including an insurable title exam, commission agreement, fully signed contract and all amendments/exhibits, home warranty, termite letter, and HOA closing letters, ripen into celebrations in the closing room.
